Summary

The 4m fairing connector brick (15x15mm) and the 4m-5m adapter connector brick (15x15 to 20x20mm) are missing from the original, so I made them.

I didn't like the original stand, so I designed this one. It's more stable and uses less plastic.

You may need to scale these parts slightly depending on your printer's tolerances.

I also had to print the SRB pins at 83% diameter to get them to fit in the holes in the rocket and SRBs. I didn't include that because you can just scale the original.

Something else I did: From this thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4060978 , you can print the top of the "centaur" part and glue to the top of the "Centaur" part in AstroNot's model, then print CST-100 and the launch vehicle adapter to make the Atlas V CST-100 combo model. I think AstroNot's AtlasV model is better than the one included in 4060978.
