Summary

I saw a few Viticulture coin holders designed mainly for storage. I decided to design a coin holder that could be used during game play.

This thematic coin holder is designed after the grape crush barrels used to make wine. My original design (V1) is too tall and the proportions are off in my opinion. I prefer the look of V2 (shorter version) that is more accurate to the traditional crush barrel design. I uploaded both designs but V2 is my preferred option. They both have the same depth for the coins with slightly different diameters.

Print 3 separate barrels for the 3 denominations of currency. This design is meant for the metal coins but it should fit the cardboard coin tokens as well. I will upload photos of the barrels painted eventually!

No raft/brim used, only a skirt. Build plate temp set at 55C with nozzle temp at 190C. Concentric infill is likely the best route for printing due to shape of the design and the small details. No supports are needed despite the slight overhang of the horizontal bands.
