Summary

Servo mount for 6mm thick foams. Fits standard '9g' servos (Turnigy etc) and 14g servos of the same size (Hextronik, Towerpro etc digital metal gear).

For mounting, I cut small grooves where the 3 'teeth' will sit. Fill these with hot glue and place the mount down firmly. I don't see any benefit in putting glue on the foam surface in between the teeth.

The servo will snap in. It's actually quite secure by itself although a cable tie can clamp it in firmly.

Added a thinner version. If control loads are reasonably light this is still good enough and does save weight across a model if you have many.
