The resolution required for an open and closed padlock didn't look great in FDM. So the symbols are an open circle (not a C for closed), and a closed circle (not an O for open).

Made sense to me at the time, and works in other languages.... A point of much debate Im sure. In any case, I knocked this up for a courtesy car I had for a few weeks and the button was winding me up. It was supposed to be a 30 minute job but the curve geometry was more complicated than anticipated and took several attempts so I thought it worth sharing. Enjoy!
