I advice using Blender to change the measurements.
You will have to measure the top, left, right and bottom parts of the top of your right hand.
Make sure when editing the plate the letters are facing away from you.
Correlate the measurements with the appropriate sides, i.e. right with right, left with left.
If you are using Imperial measurements, go to Scene Properties, probably on the right side of your screen, find Units, click on Unit System or the one that says Metric. Then select Imperial.
Do not change the thickness of the plate or the loops for the elastic.
You CAN change the writing on the plate by clicking WDG1 and/or WDG1.001, and then hitting the tab button to type whatever.
To print export as a .stl file.
I'm not an expert on explaining things so I hope you can make sense of the instructions.
