Summary
i designed this to have a base gasket that kept the butterflies separated as a normal gasket online/ local was hard to find in stock and cost more Thant its worth. using this gasket will keep the butterfly blades separated for longer which is good for low to mid range power and/or torque. even supposed to aid in fuel economy. I also designed in a 0.2mm high ridge on the carb side of the gasket to aid in sealing. I printed this in PETG and will be putting a very this layer of RTV on both sides to also help it seal.
