Summary

This was designed for the Caterpillar CAT B40 as a friction fit case/cover to protect it and prevent accidental key presses. It has the annoying feature that even with keylock on, you can still dial 999. As it deactivates all numbers except "9", if you mash the keypad in your pocket you actually end up dialling 999 very easily (once you have pressed 999 the call button unlocks). I have found it with 999 ready to call several times, and when one call was actually made I said enough was enough.

My first version was actually model 6, as I wanted to see the screen but prevent button presses. I have a Chipolo tracker glued to the back of the phone near the bottom, hence all the designs with "Chipolo" in the name, as these have a cutout to allow the case to fit without adding too much depth. I have not tested models 1, 3, 5 or 7.

These are friction fit and designed to be fairly tight.
If they are loose, you could put a strip of the fluffy side of velcro down one or both edges but I have not needed to do this.

I used PLA at 20% infill for prototyping, and these worked fine but I ultimately used PETG at 100% to make them harder-wearing.
