Summary

This is a 3/4 inch screw to hose pipe flange adapter for an Arlec 8000 BTU drainage port.
This default pipe needed for water drainage is 3/4" pipe, I wanted something that would use a hose pipe (~15mm) as I had this spare.

For water tightness put a rubber or plastic washer at the end of the screw.

V4: Change hose flange max diameter from 14.5mm to 14mm as 14.5mm was a bit tight. Increased hose flange chamfer from 4mm to 5mm for added strength at base of flange.
