Hier mein kleiner Beitrag zur Luftdruck-Community.
In meiner ererbten FWB LP65 hat sich der Sperrschieber verabschiedet und ich habe endlich den Mut gefasst und diesen (+die Rückschlagsperre) ausgebaut. Man braucht sie technisch betrachtet nicht. In diesem Zuge ist mir der katastrophale Zustand der Dichtungen aufgefallen, sie bröckelten wie Seife aus den Fassungen. Daher hier die von mir benutzten STL Datein.

Gedruckt mit TPU in 0,16mm Schichthöhe und vier Brimlinien um die Haftung zu erhöhen.
Lauf -und Kolbendichtung sind mit 100% Infill und der Prelldämpfer mit 50% Infill gedruckt.

Meiner Meinung nach sind diese allemal Dichtungen besser als die Kernseife die vorher in den Fasungen klebte. Ich update die Dateien und die Beschreibung sollten sich Probleme ergeben. Bis jetzt funktioniert sie problemlos.

I inherited a FWB LP65 airpistol and after years of shooting it some day the saftyblock-slider broke, rendering the airpistol useless since the trigger was constantly blocked by the slider (the bolt moves it out the way when fully closed). I now found the time to dissasemble it and remove the saftyblock-slider making the airpistol work again, though without the bold-close safty. In this task I discovered that the seals where in terrible condition. So I dicided to make my own since spare parts are hardly available and extremly expensive. Here are the STL files I used.

I printed at 0.16mm layer hight and 100% infill for the bolt and muzzle seal and 50% infill for the recoil damper. All parts are make out of TPU.

I will update the discription if problems arise but right know everything seems to work well.
