How I Designed This
I 3D scanned the part with my phone. I used this iPhone App: https://apps.apple.com/de/app/3d-scanner-app/id1419913995 . It’s great. Then I had a hard time editing the 3D scanned model, because I tried it with Blender but couldn’t figure out how to edit the 3D scan. I didn’t really use Blender before, though. I then edited the scanned mesh with Fusion360. That worked fairly well.
