Summary
This microSD card holder is an insert to increase the carrying capacity of SD card cases with mostly full size SD cut-outs. I made it for a specific case that I own, and I imagine it would be compatible with any case that stores cards in a similar arrangement.
Update July 28th 2023: Improved Model, better fit for microSD cards, should not require any post print cleanup.
This is NOT meant to be inserted into electronic devices.

Fitting four microSD cards into this format requires quite fine details, so I adjusted the following settings in Cura:
- Wall Thickness: 0.4mm (Line Count 1)
- Layer height of 0.12mm
- Printspeed of 100mm/s (so the unsuported overhangs don't sag)
- Slicing Tolerance: Exclusive
