Summary

Print on it's back with the cable and blade slits facing upwards. I printed without a raft, but my printer is pretty dialed in.

Post-Printing

Inserting the blade

Inserting the blade is a firm fit, I used a 5mm rule and a hammer, but I've since placed 2.5mm holes to assist with a flat nail. It is very important to get the blade as centered as possible to get best cutting rules. The model does have aligning internally.

Using

I've found it best to strip the center one first, to cut the shielding where required, then the center pin, that way to get a clean cut and don't just move the pieces. Then move the longest to gently cut the out sheath.

How I Designed This

I was asked to strip the CNT-400 50 ohms coax cable to it's 9x11x19mm cuts required for the N type plug to the required depth of the cable with a Stanley blade. Yeah a 15-25 minute job per connector. Nope not going to happen.

And so the Coax Stripper was born. Now a 5 minute task with prefect results every time.
