Summary
I based mydesign on pabloartz design, changed the inlays for small dia holes and tapped them M4. everything is M4 countersunk screws in various lengths. the HM is a tight fit so my need some sanding.
back part from the alu fits the carbon, so one can swap with easy.
Prop from norcom post. modified the prop base to fit the 6374 and I think the 6384. It needs a touch with a file or sandpaper in the corners so that the prop doesn't touch the base. countersunk M4x10mm SS bolts recommended with a dash of thread-lock strength medium.
