Summary
My printing-recommendation material is PETG or ABS in 0.2mm layers, 50% infill with normal supports everywhere. Only the airnozzle must be printed with supports on bed only.
MOD I: Conversion only, use original hotend-cooler or 40mm-raiser
MODII: add BL- or 3D-Touch and/or
MODIII: Partcooling added*
MODIV: Mirrored fanholder for dual-fan-partcooling/no bltouch option
- In dependance to the Hotend-lenght you may need a smaller Shroud. In this case use the "V6Halter-Duese_sm.stl" wich will be 3mm shorter.
I tested the kit at a Mega Zero 2.0 with Ender-3 X-axis-carrier. It is working fine!
I modified the base to become compatible with the original Mega Zero x-carrier-plate. In cause of the x-switch and the role-screw the bl-touch can only applied at the right side.
After testing the dual fan mod I recommend you to isolate the hotend with a silicone soxs. The fans are hard blowing and make the hotend temperature unreachable.
