Summary

Couldn't find any replacement arrows for our surviving bow so I designed some.

It is VERY important to print the head and tail parts in TPU so it won't be hard enough to hurt people or what you are shooting. I have used a PLA center with no ill effect but man, if that head comes off.....

You'll have to experiment with your TPU but I printed mine at .20 resolution with:

4 top and bottom layers
3 side layers
15% infill

These come in around 35 grams. A bit heavier than the factory glow arrows but function.

Let me know what settings work for you.

To get a functioning arrow you'll need:

1 head
1 pull end
1 center of your choice.

The head is what really used support. To get the curved top I had to print it "threads" down.
