Summary
I created a case for BitMakers NerdMiner V2. It has an optimized air flow. I'm using a 30mm 5V fan and a 14mm heatsink from the Raspberry Pi accessories. The temperature is now stable at around 38 - 40°C.
I use M2.5 screws to attach the fan and the mounting frame. Small wood screws should also work, though. Optionally, some foam rubber can be clamped or glued in between the dem, mounting frame and circuit board.
