Summary

This is a front mounted case for the Nextion touchscreen used in the Gaggiuino project. (This screen was used as of August 2022 and may not be the same screen today.)

The design flaw in this iteration is the hook on the back was made with a tight tolerance to grip the lip on the front of the Gaggia, but after some use does become loose meaning you have to hold the screen while touching it. Feel free to iterate on this design and try to add a way to keep it locked in. I would have added a lock screw on the back that you can tighten or loosen. I've stopped 3d printing and am happy with my Gaggiuino build at this time so I don't plan to iterate this design. 5mm M3 screws should be used to fix the screen into the front case.
