Summary
This is a solution to mount 19 inches stuff (4U) under a 40-type-I Aluminum profile (example at motedis).
I've put some focus on following 19" rack standards and also on orienting resistance for heavy equipments (I use it with 2 EPQ304 amplifiers, 4kg each).
For the fixation to the 40-type-I profiles, use:
- M8 washers (DIN9021xM8) x2
- M8 screw (DIN912 M8x16) x2
- M8 T-nut guided I-type slot 8 (example at motedis) x2
For the fixations for the rack units, use cage nuts as usual for rack equipments.
