Summary
This is a replacement for the fuel door button on certain Panther platform vehicles from 2003 through 2007. Given that Ford wants $30-50 for the switch, and the Amazon ones seem of dubious quality, I figured I would try my hand at making a replacement that can be 3D printed for free. I have installed this on my vehicle and it seems to work just fine, so the fitment should be good right out of the gate.
This won't be a production-grade piece in terms of appearances, but with a little sanding/smoothing I think it could be hard to distinguish it from the original piece.

Recommend to print on its side with the short arms oriented vertically. If you print this vertically, there will be little strength and the arms will snap off. I just used the "Super Quality 0.12mm" setting on Cura.
