Wand tube shim used on Skeeta and Nikki to tighten up the wand operation when foiling.
For beginner sailors, we suggest leave it out as it is easier to move the wand quickly without it in, Once you gain more experience, you may wand to have the wand a bit tighter.

Use superglue to glue it to the wand tube, see attached PDF instructions.
