Summary

Simple remix of Lokachu's excellent card holder.
I remade the gable end to give it a stand alone appearance and thickened the back edge.
The three card format is then printed twice for the 6 card Sails and Rails spread.
Due to the extra information on the S&R cards, the other card holder designs do not work as well.
