Summary

I am installing these currently and will add pictures as I complete it.

I recently purchased the BigTreeTech SKR Mini e3 V3 and realized I need to do a lot of work to put it somewhere. So, after some research and test prints I have finished this. Which I am currently installing on my Creality Cr10-V2.
This is a derivative of a derivative and completely redesigned and fixed using their work as a template. I'll list what I changed shortly, but first I want to credit the people who's files I used.
Waggster: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4253970 for the SKR Mini template and PSU base.
Brakiss: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5966517 for the TFT35 template I was able to adapt.

All files were edited for consistent M4 bolt placement from the top down instead of the bottom up unless the item mounts to the frame.

HARDWARE
SKR TFT35 Screen: 4 - M3 Bolts (8mm). Washers, optional, for alignment of the SD Card slot if you use the TFT35 screen. This will fit the factory screen.
Foot Block: The factory foot M4 bolt (black). Plus 1 or 3 - M4 Bolts (10mm long) with 1 or 3 M4 T Slot Nut each.
PSU Power Input: 2 - M4 Bolts (10mm long) with 2 M4 T Slot Nuts. 3 M4 Bolts (6mm long).
PSU Bracket: 2 - M4 Bolts (10mm long) with 2 M4 T Slot Nuts.
SKR Mini v3 Mount: 4 - M4 Bolts (10mm long) with 4 M4 T Slot Nuts. 5 M3 Bolts & 5 Washers. The washers are only used for SD Card alignment on the controller.
SKR Mini v3 Top: 3 or 5 M4 bolts, you don't have to bolt them all on, just enough to secure the top. +1 M4 bolt and T Slot Nut if you want to attach the bracket to the Y roller bar.

TOTALS
M3 Bolts: 9 @ 6 or 8mm long
M4 Bolts: 27 @ 10mm long, 6 @ 6mm long.
M4 T Slot Nuts: 21

SKR TFT35 Screen mount
This will fit the factory screen and the BTT TFT35 screen. I played around with various iterations and decided this works the best as it resists the force from using the controller knob or the touch screen.

Foot Block
There are 4 individual files here. Each one goes in the proper corner with the notched block going under the screen. When installed the M4 bolt and T-Slot nut that holds the foot in place also holds the screen in place.

PSU Power Input
Expanded, reinforced, and positioning of the bolt holes corrected.

PSU Bracket
Nothing was changed with this.

Fan Guard
Just a slight redesign for flow and visibility. Now the center is hollowed so you can see if the fan is spinning.

SKR Mini v3 Mount
This went through the most number of renditions but fits the SKR Mini E3 V3 perfectly.

SKR Mini Top
There are two versions of this. One with a bracket so you can, on most CR10 printers, attach the furthest reaching point to the extruded aluminum bar that holds the bed.

Top Debris Plug
Print 5 of these. Each one goes into the top to prevent debris from falling into the bolt hole. It's a small quality of life element, and each one is slightly undersized so you can pull it out when needed. However, it should be just enough to remain in place during normal operation.

All models were cleaned up and simplified and many of the errors were removed. Alignments and adjustments were made so things work with one another well enough. I sized the receiving holes under the assumption you would tap them as needed, but they are ready for your standard M3 bolt. It will be best to test fit the bolts before going too far as you may need to do some drilling for the nuts available to you. With that, all receiving holes are through the model so you can drill completely through without worry of blowing out the other end.

Print Settings

  • Printer brand:

    Creality

  • Printer:

    CR-10

  • Rafts:
    Doesn't Matter
  • Supports:
    Yes
  • Resolution:
    0.2 z height
  • Infill:
    7%
  • Filament brand:

    Doesn't matter

  • Filament color:

    Personal Preference

  • Filament material:

    PLA works great

  • Notes:

My printer is calibrated to only supply supports at >70 degrees. Most angles are around 45 degrees but there are some areas where supports are needed. Generally, the models can be printed on their faces and no supports should be required with obvious exceptions. Tree supports worked the best, even on the PSU input which was modified to print with minimal supports.
I am currently working on a version for the CR10S5 which this will be compatible with and vice versa. You may want elements from that list to work with this, such as the taller legs and lower slung screen position. Other than that, the two will be based off of each other.
