Summary
D Cells are heavy and sometimes hard to find. with this adapter and a small ball of aluminum foil, AA batteries can be used instead. both have the same voltage (1.5V). This will be a useful addition to anyone who has older toys, radios' etc, that require D Cell batteries
Simply print the adapter, wad up a little aluminum foil on the negative end, and slide in your AA battery. PRESTO!
