Summary

Rocketry Works' launch rod standoffs are compatible with Estes blast deflectors, and feature a wider, flat top surface to better support rockets off of the blast deflector. These come in 3 sizes for the 3 common model rocket launch rod sizes: 1/8 (red), 3/16 (orange), and 1/4 (yellow) inches. Also comes in 2 blast deflector thicknesses:

Thin fits Estes 1/64 inch and Rocketry Works 1/32 inch (20 gauge) blast deflectors
Thick fits Rocketry Works 1/16 inch (16 gauge) blast deflectors

Print upright with the wide end on the bed for best adhesion. Use ABS or maybe PETG for best heat resistance to motor exhaust. We've seen these ABS stand-offs withstand 100 flights, but consider them disposable. They have to withstand a lot of abuse.

Rocketry Works used strict color coding conventions for printing launch rod mounts and blast deflector standoffs:

1/8 inch rods: red
3/16 inch rods: orange
1/4 inch rods: yellow
