Hello

this is my second silencer design. I have made another modular silencer for an M4 with different skin. You can print it with or without the inner. The bodys, skins and caps can be printed in your favorite color

If you want to use the inner part, it needs to be printed n-times. But you can also skip the inner part and use your own stuff like foam or combine the inner part with foam.

If you want to have another size I can easily generate them. Contact me on discord (crazymind1337) if you want to have a different size. After many test prints I think the thread will fit perfectly. If you have any problems please tell me.

Sizes:

big:

height: 170mm
diameter: 40mm

middle:

height: 120mm
diameter: 35mm

CHANGELOG

Update #3 (backwards incompatible):

reduced the distance between skin and body to 0,4mm
increased the inner diameter of the body
added a chamfer to the body to make it more stable
changed all thread sizes for the cap
added a thin (0,4mm) layer to the skin as support to make it easier printable (some had troubles with bridges incl. me) this thin layer can be removed easy after the print
updated inlet sizes
reduced the body height by 0,1mm to make sure the cap presses the to the body

Update #2 (backwards incompatible):

added two more skins
added two more sizes

adjusted inlet size to fit better

Notes:
The recommend to print the body with PA, PC or Nylon-CF. Many of my body broke.

If you are using Cura please make use of "Slicing Tolerance: Exclusive". It makes the thread better fitting.
