Summary

I have made a simple collar to protect the cables passing through a 1" OD tube with 1.5mm walls.
I designed these for my MPCNC.
The design takes advantage of the burr left after tube has been cut by a pipe cutter and locks in place with the burr left inside.

Update: I found that there is quite a large difference in the size of the burr inside the tubes. This made the plug a very tight fit and difficult to fit. To overcome this I added MPCNC 1inch Cable Gland V2.stl which is shorter and has with more compression slots. This fits all of my tube ends okay.
