Summary

This is a nozzle holder/organizer for the Ryobi 1800 psi pressure washer (RY141802). The holder inserts into the original two nozzle holder holes on the pressure washer and expands the number of nozzles that can be stored from two to five. This holder may work with other models of pressure washers, but has only been tested with the RY141802.

Print out the main body flat on the print bed. Supports shouldn’t be necessary. I used PETG for this part. Print out the hole inserts for each nozzle and press them into place – they should snap it. I used TPU for this, but a PETG may work. You may want to wipe some plumber’s grease inside of each insert to make putting nozzles in/out easer.

Notes:
Print holder flat side down. Use 3 perimeters for strength. Brim, raft or supports should not be necessary.

Print nozzle inserts big end down on the build plate. You may need a brim. Supports should not be necessary. I used TPU for this.
