Summary
These are the models for the frunk mounts with integrated grommets. The preferred material is probably some variation of TPU. I used Superslicer to slice these models with manually drawn supports inside the aluminum bar slot. The supports were about 3 mm wide with approximately 2 mm between support strips. The spacing has to be wide enough to slide in a pair of pliers and remove the support material. I'm not sure if the height of the parts is correct and I haven't actually installed them on my Kona. I will update this later with the results or adjustments.
