Summary

A 3D printed bunny puzzle box. Once it is unlocked two "ears" pop out and complete the bunny face. The ears have an interlocking mechanism that only moves when the right series of moves are completed.

Post-Printing

Step 1: Before gluing the ears together make sure all the sections that need to slide can do so. If they do catch a bit file them down with sandpaper until they slide smoothly.

Step 2: Then glue ear 1 together so it and ear 2 are interlocking. Insert both ears into their respective slots and glue on the end caps, sealing the ears in. For the glue I used superglue.

Step 3: Make sure the box can lock and unlock. To open the box first push ear one in a bit, this aligns its internal hole with the peg in ear 2 and allows ear 2 to slide out when pushed. Then slide ear 2 up along the ledge next to it to make ear 1 pop out as well. This will unlock the box as the ears are not preventing the lid from lifting off the bottom anymore. To lock reverse these steps.
