Summary

Serves as a "Safety Rack" to temporarilly place your Halot One Pro's resin vat (with or without resin) if you have to take it off the machine for cleaning/servicing. The middle part of the rack is fully open and raised to prevent the bottom of your FEP from being scratched or dented when just putting the vat on any surface by itself. Included also are legs (you need to print 4 of them obviously :)) to raise the rack for further safety and to allow you to slip a mirror underneath for easy inspection of the bottom of your FEP. Attach it using CA glue to make it sturdy. If you are like me, I don't like pouring out the resin too often from the vat as it is wastefull and messy, so I made this rack to make things a little more convenient.

Also, how many times have we ruined a good FEP after doing the machine's cleaning function because the resin sheet that formed inside the vat has adhered too well to the FEP itself and is now difficult to remove? Even when doing the known method of using scrap supports to pull out the formed resin sheet, it does not always work as the scrap part doesn't always adhere well and can tear off - leaving the resin sheet underneath with no "clean" way of pulling it out. And you will sometimes resort to dunking your un-gloved finger into the resin and use your fingernail to attempt pulling out that nasty resin sheet. Not only is this unsafe for your health but will also dent the FEP. The black plastic spatula included with the printer is too wide and can also put a bad dent on the FEP when attempting too hard to remove the resin sheet with it. Thus I designed this small "puller" with a sharp wedge that acts like your fingernail when attempting to pull out the resin sheet. It is angled such that you can wedge it more easilly under the resin sheet (also no need to pour out the resin). Print several of these using leftover PLA's and keep them handy. After printing sharpen the wedges with sandpaper. You'lle be glad you have these around the next time you do your printer's cleaning function and it didn't end well.
