Summary

I added three example fotos to show how it fits together fits standard Fischertechnik parts.

I had some 15x15 mm Aluminium profiles from China and wanted to made them compatible to Fischertechnik parts.
So I designed a couple of thing files:
Alu bracket 1 and 2 are made as end caps.
To fasten the bracket 1 a sliding block is used.
FT-Adapter is made for the long sides.
The bracket can be useful for all purposes.

What you need are threaded inserts M2.
I used 3.2 mm diameter and 2.5 mm long.
And M2 screws 4mm long. (of course for the sliding block it depends on what you mount)

Unfortunately the screws will make scratches in the Aluminium for bracket 2 and the FT adapter. The other are clamped on the side, that means no scratches.

The pieces are reasonable strong, but not super strong.
