Pretty standard strap clamp, like you'd use to hold down a cable or conduit or hose.
Use the Thingiverse or OpenSCAD Customizer
Fully parametric, compatible with the OpenSCAD customizer. Can set
- shape of the thing being help (circle, half circle, rectangle)
- breadth of the strap
- size of the thing being held down
- thickness ot the strap over the thing being held down
- size of the end tabs
- size of the screw hole
- screw head type: round or flat, and if flat, dimensions
- number of screw holes

I have the most success printing in the orientation of the file, on edge.
