Summary
This will fit T47 threads and uses 2437 (37x7x24) bearings to fit a shimano 24mm hollowtech crankset.
Screw in the BB shells before inserting the bearings. This will reduce the likelihood it will break when pressing in the bearings. Note that the "L" and "R" letters indicate thread direction, not which side the inserts go on! The left insert has a right handed thread and the right insert has a left handed thread.
