Summary

This is a simple base topper cutter for Warhammer 40k and Age of Sigmar. It is designed to cut a base topper from a soft material. The intended use case is to combine this with texture rollers, a hardening material (I use air-drying modelling clay), and then cut out unique base toppers.
These cutters can be used to cut bases but they will be missing the angled sides.

The line on the cylinders 4.3mm from the bottom marks the height of the average 40k/AoS base. This will move if the base height is altered in the customizer. It is added to help when rolling out clay - line up the cutter next to the clay and you can quickly see if you have the right thickness for the base height. Base toppers are often thinner than this, but it is useful if you are cutting a base.

Use a brim. Adhesion will be minimal due to the thin wall. A brim will help it stay secure.
