Summary
Version 2 of my Rotary Y-switch 100mm/4in dust collection systems.

Should have no problems with clogging of any kind.
Notes:
-
There are multiple connector sizes included. They are all named with their OD. I have also included a F360 file so you can tweak it to fit your pipes perfectly

Model is built with 0.15mm clearance between all moving surfaces.

Uses screws and captive (non-locking) nuts. You will need 24pcs M4x10mm and 1pc M4x30
- The core upper & lower and the housing upper & lower are all intended to be glued. They all align with 3mm dowels and the holes may need drilling out to get a perfect fit. You will need 9pcs 3x<20mm
I drilled out using a 3mm bit and used 3x18mm steel pins and I honestly think I wouldn't have needed glue -especially as the duct connectors hold the housing parts together anyway.
