Summary
New control panel ver 3.22. It is lower then the the previous versions to allow for bigger heads. The screw holes are fixed now also.

For those with single extruder printers, copy both Ender3ProControlPanelCover-V3.22.stl and Ender3ProControlPanelCover-text-V3.22.stl into your slicer, select both of them and merge them together.
For those with dual extruder printers, same thing but select the text and assign it to the 2nd extruder, then merge.
