Summary

Replacement for old lead-acid VCR battery. Despite the fact that this lead acid battery has been used in many VCR's, Camcorders and other equipment, I designed it without having original one on hands, only having VCR for which it was intended, so i can't guarantee it fits anything other than some VCR's:
Blaupunkt RTX-260
Panasonic NV-180 / AG-2400
And other NV-180-like rebranded VCR's.

Battery case holds six 18650 cells connected in 3s2p configuration with BMS (58mm*23mm space available for BMS PCB).

Connector prints with + and - signs facing up, main case prints with text facing hotbed, upper and back lids prints with outer surfaces facing hotbed. No supports needed.

Battery contacts can be made from battery nickel strip.

Assembly order

  1. Cut 5mm wide and ~22mm long nickel strip and bend it 90 degrees 1.5mm from end to get Г-shaped contacts (pink part) which fits in connector piece slits
  2. Glue pre-bent nickel contacts to connector piece.
  3. Glue connector piece with contacts to main case
  4. Glue back cover to main case
  5. Put inside prewelded cells, wire them with BMS and battery contacts
  6. Glue top lid after making shure that everything works as intended.

Important!
Printing main case without signs will lead to bad luck and swollen cells
