Summary
This print allows a Bauer power tool battery to be used as a 20V power supply. I use this in conjunction with a buck regulator circuit to power varies DC voltage devices.
Parts needed for the project:
3D printed parts:
• Battery adapter plate
• Body (for power switch and wiring)
• Terminal Securement
Other hardware:
• Power switch with LED indicator
• Wiring
• Uninsulated 18–22 gauge male quick disconnect with a 6.35 x 0.81mm tab (Qty 2)
• #4-40 X 3/4” pan head sheet metal screw (Qty 2)
• #4-40 X 1” pan head sheet metal screw (Qty 2)
I printed using PLA+ with a nozzle temp of 214°C and a bed temp of 76°C.
