I was looking for a magazine pouch design that would have rotation but still be really sturdy, so I decided to design my own.

Insert bolt inside the Pouch
Choose wanted rotation and insert Rotation gear to Rotation adapter
- Gear and Adapter are a snug fit, you can do some cutting before printing the whole thing to make sure your printing settings are in order
Insert Pouch to Rotation gear and tighten with nut inside Rotation gear
- Note that if the square is malformed, you should sand it down a bit to make sure the pouches square insert fits the square hole in Rotation gear perfectly
Place Adapter lock on top of the nut inside Adapter gear
- This is just a precaution to make sure this never gets loose by itself
Place nuts or bolts to Rotation adapter
Place Adapter spacer's
Place on the wanted spot on your belt
Tighten the nuts/bolts

Notes:

You can choose to have nuts inside the Rotation adapter or then use them against Backplate. If used against Backplate you can use the Screw cover to hide the nuts.
You can experiment with or without the Adapter spacers if you notice that there's to much/not enough space to have it tight against your belt
