Summary

This remix fixes some interferences and changes the bearing to a 10 outer diam and 5 inner diam ZZ I also shortened the housing so the bearing would engage the short shaft nema17 motors available from MPJA.com that are a steal. 35352 MS "3 piece starter set for 3d printing" $20 plus shipping. I used paste wax for lube as it lasts a long time and does not attract dust or other abrasives.

I used 5 perimeters to make the gears stronger. But I really do not have the experience to design in the strength. it was just a guess

Post-Printing

Paste wax for lube and inspect for aberations.

How I Designed This

I imported the STL files into Free cad, solidified them, converted them to objects and refined them. then I used Boolean operations to cut and fuse as needed. Thanks to Mango Jelly solutions for showing me how. I redesigned the cover plate from scratch.
