Summary

At the end of 2022 I designed some cord stoppers, that used metal springs. Because I needed some more, but don't have any more springs, I thought, it should be possible to design printable stoppers inclusive the springs. ;-)
This is my version, that can be scaled up as You like, and also down to around 80%, just as You need it. This heavily depends on the thickness of the used cord. The design is optimized for cords with around 5 or 6mm.

You need a well set up printer, because the tolerances are very low (to ensure a good strength of such small stoppers).
After printing you should push some times on the included spring in the outer part, to ensure, it's working well. Then You can push the inner part in, and test again some times, until it's working smoothless.

If You still won't be able to push the stopper correctly, the setting "horizontal expansion" in CURA may help to enlarge the tolerances.
