zur Monatge wird nur eine M10 Gewindestange und etwas Kleber benötigt.
Zu erst die Gewindestange etwa auf Maß 290mm absägen, die Achsschraube mit einer 27er Nuss lösen und in die Mitte der Achsmutter eine Bohrung mit einem Durchmesser von 10mm bohren und aus der Achse den Blindstopfen mit einer 10er Nuss rausdrehen. Jetzt die gekürzte Gewindestange mit etwas Kleber in den Schutz mit der Aussparung für die Achsmutter einschrauben. Die Achsschraube wieder in die Achse schrauben und mit 40Nm anziehen. Nun Die Gewindestange durch die Achse schieben und den Slider auf die Mutter stecken. Als letzes nur noch den anderen Schutz (mit dem Dorn) anschrauben, den Dorn in die Achse führen und gut Handfest anziehen.
Die Protektoren lassen sich sehr gut ohne Supports drucken. Falls die Gewindestange nicht in die Gewinde passt, einfach die Gewinde mit einem M10x1,5 Gewindeschneider nachschneiden.
Ich habe ASA und 100% Infill verwendet.

For assembly, you'll only need an M10 threaded rod and some glue.
Firstly, cut the threaded rod to a length of about 290mm. Loosen the axle screw with a 27mm socket, drill a hole with a 10mm diameter into the center of the axle nut, and unscrew the blind plug from the axle using a 10mm socket. Now, screw the shortened threaded rod into the guard with the recess for the axle nut using some glue. Screw the axle screw back into the axle and tighten to 40Nm. Next, slide the threaded rod through the axle and attach the slider to the nut. Lastly, screw the other guard (with the peg) in place, guide the peg into the axle, and tighten firmly by hand.
The protectors print very well without supports. If the threaded rod doesn't fit into the threads, simply rethread the threads using an M10x1.5 tap.
I used ASA and 100% infill.
