Summary

Recently got hold of a Deltaco gaming chair dc410 for dirt cheap because all except one of the wheel mounting holes were broken off, making the wheels just fall out.

So I designed and printed out these wheel new wheel mounts to glued into place instead.

I did NOT use any super two-part epoxy for gluing since I wanted to still be able to pull the out incase they break. Just something to keep the blocks in place.

If you want to use this fix yourself REMEMBER, make the print as strong as possible, layers, 100% infill, the whole shabang. Also you will probobly not be able to just print out and attach one since it will change the hight of the wheel a bit.

Now i've only just started using the chair as I type this so i've not really torture tested the mounts yet.

Printed with 10 layer walls, roofs and floors and with tri-hexagonal infill, for as much strength as possible.
My earlier prints were to weak and snapped immediatly but so far this is holding well.
You can also probably use stronger filaments if you have them.
