Summary

Acmer lasers have a tapered foot that lends itself nicely to extenders which auto-center and are not prone to wobble. These are 47mm extenders, and can be stacked. They also work nicely to add 3/4" real rubber feet which are needed to keep the laser from sliding during high speed operations on slick tables. If you print these at PrusaSlicer's .35mm speed setting they SNAP together nicely as well! Enjoy!

Needs supports to hold up the center inside. I do them with large separation distances and they literally stayed on the printbed when I pulled the legs off!

How I Designed This

I am stuck in the past! I use 123D Design!

I can't stand Fusion it's too complicated and too expen$ive, so I've gotten really good with Tinkercad and use 123D Design OLD copies. it's simple enough for my 70 year old brain and has lovely if persnickety bevels and chamfers which Tinkercad does not.
