Summary
Update to the excellent "Best Stiffer Shifter Mod Logitech Shifter Spacer Spring"
It's essentially the same thing but features a depression for the ball bearing to seat into, to stop the ball falling out with stiffer options (i.e. longer spacer length).
Also included is a Fusion 360 file you can use to alter it via parameters (SpacerDiameter, SpacerLength, BearingDiameter, and Bearing Depth).
I've included a 3mf for the settings I'm using now if you didn't want to edit it (set to SpacerDiameter 5mm, SpacerLength 6.5mm, BearingDiameter 5mm, BearingDepth 1mm).
