Summary

Quite liked the infill panel on the Euro 5 Himalayans so decided to make myself one for my Euro 4 bike.

Not a complicated design and easy to print,

Did a few thousand miles on the bike with it fitted and it lasted ok, Could be made with whatever material you have to hand, would expect PETG and ABS would be stronger. I'd probably do it now with matte filament. I used 0.4mm nozzle but would likely use 0.6mm for extra strength if I made it now.

I was also considering adding a small lip to the back to hook over the metal bracing on the frame but never got round to it.

Sadly don't have the bike any more as it was stolen.
