Summary
These are cable shrouds used to help hide wires around the motherboard. This was specifically designed for a ROG Formula z690 but technically it "should" be able to work with most any or slightly modified to fit your own mobo.
The shrouds on my rig are designed to be friction fitted and did not require additional glue/tape/adhesive, but certainly could be added to make it work for another rig.
The bottom shroud should just 'fit' over your connectors hiding the wires while holding position.
The top shroud is actually nestled between the case frame and my top radiator. See photos.
Both a dragon embroidered top shroud and plain top shroud have been included with the bottom.
