Summary
Peavey logo nameplate in the style of their professional audio line from the 90s. This was also used on some amplifiers most notably the 5150. Story goes that Ed wanted something different than the normal pointy Peavey logo on his signature amp. I do not claim this to be an exact replica or replacement as it was done using online photos.
