Summary

The skull mask that Puro is seen wearing in the game Changed. It is as accurate to the in-game appearances as my abilities allowed.

Print Settings

Notes:
Printing vertically and using tree supports produces the best appearance so the layer lines do not disturb the surface. Using the lowest layer height helps the appearance as well especially when printing in a small size.
I printed this a little over an inch tall. If you want to print it bigger, you may want to make the design thinner by changing the Thickness value in the Solidify modifier in the supplied .blend file. Or not, I dunno!

Post-Printing

Little rectangles could be inserted in the eye holes to make eyes. If you really want me to make a sprite-accurate printable model of them, I can.

How I Designed This

I've seen many 3D interpretations of Puro's iconic mask, but they always seemed a little off-model to me. So I went on Spriter's Resource and collected all the in-game appearances of the skull I could find, threw them into Blender, and began modelling it to the same shape.
