Summary

This is a dice and chip storage tray for the Gearloc Polaris from the board game Too Many Bones. A sliding lid for the tray is available in a separate posting (6090864). This revision of previously shared Gearloc trays (6090857) includes slots to store the five orbs that come with Polaris.

Using filament swaps, a thin middle layer of black was put down in order to visually offset the dice from the tray itself.

Support was needed around the rim of the tray.

How I Designed This

The tray was designed in Fusion 360 and exported as an .STL file to MeshMixer. The "Too Many Bones" logo on the underside was created by importing a .JPG of the logo into Gimp, converting the image to black and white, and then creating an .SVG file in Inkscape. The .SVG file was then imported into Fusion 360 for extrusion.
